Founder & CEO
Jennifer Robertson, MA, SHRM‑SCP, CEC, is the founder of Winding Road Talent, a boutique talent acquisition consultancy specializing in recruiting high‑impact leaders and specialists for drug development and biotech organizations. Drawing on two decades of HR executive and talent acquisition experience, she has built and led recruitment functions that consistently deliver diverse, mission‑aligned hires across clinical, operational, and corporate roles. Jennifer is known for translating complex organizational needs into clear hiring strategies, partnering closely with executives and hiring managers to design role profiles, streamline selection processes, and secure top performers in competitive markets.
She holds a Master’s degree and advanced HR credentials (SHRM‑SCP) as well as coaching certification (CEC), which she leverages to support leaders through workforce planning, change management, and executive coaching engagements. This blend of hands‑on HR leadership, strategic recruitment wins, and formal education allows Winding Road Talent clients to work with a partner who understands both the science of drug development and the art of building resilient, people‑centric organizations.
